Performer: Neo Japanesque, a hybrid instrumental of Japanese and Western instruments

  A band of up to 7 members consisting of Japanese instruments (Japanese drums, Shinobue, Shakuhachi) and Western instruments (guitar, keyboard, bass, drums).

At a time when Japan's values are being reconsidered, it was formed to embody "new Japanese music." After forming the band in 2012, the current composition was reached through member changes. In 2017, they released a CD in the United States and completed a successful tour in the United States in May of the same year. They express the charm of Japanese culture through breathtaking, fast-paced performances, detailed yet dignified stage performances, and new musicality. The ``sound scene description'' created by the collaboration of multiple Japanese and Western instruments is beautiful and rich in sensitivity. “NEO Japanesque” is a hybrid unit of Japanese and Western instruments that arranges and performs not only original songs but also classical music, nursery rhymes, pop songs, etc.
